Every business has a story worth telling. Lisa Cone has spent her career making sure the right people hear it.
Lisa’s path into marketing started in New York City, where she worked at a fast-paced advertising agency learning what it takes to build brands that move people. After relocating to Austin in 2000, she led a multi-million-dollar marketing department for a mergers and acquisitions and bank consulting firm. That chapter taught her something important: most business owners are incredibly good at what they do and rarely have the time or bandwidth to tell their story well.
That gap is exactly why she launched Pizzazz Marketing.
Lisa works alongside business owners as a true strategic partner. Not just executing campaigns, but digging into the real challenges: unclear messaging, inconsistent branding, websites that don’t convert, marketing that feels scattered. She builds long-term strategies designed around where each client actually wants to go.
Her work spans messaging strategy, website development, graphic design, and digital branding for companies across industries, both large and small.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany, has published and ghost-written more than 300 articles, and is currently pursuing certification through Rice University’s Digital Marketing program. She is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, a commissioned Stephen Minister, and an active member of her church and Austin community. She lives in Austin with her husband and their two children.
